In the northern part of the pond, players encounter Liam, a Local Legend wielding powerful Pyro attacks. Employing a healer or shielded characters is advisable for a safer confrontation. The successful defeat of Liam rewards players with the corresponding Achievement.

Rocky Avildsen’s Location in Genshin Impact:
