Disney Dreamlight Valley: ‘A Rift in Time’ Expansion Launches December 5 with New Biomes and Characters

Disney Dreamlight Valley’s highly-anticipated expansion, “A Rift in Time,” is scheduled to launch on December 5, promising an enthralling experience for players. This paid expansion introduces a captivating narrative spanning three distinct biomes and over three acts. In Act 1, players can interact with beloved characters such as Gaston, Rapunzel, and EVE while exploring the enchanting new landscapes of Ancient’s Landing, the Glittering Dunes, and the Wild Tangle.

Additionally, Update 8, titled “The Pumpkin King Returns,” reintroduces Tim Burton’s iconic character Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas into Dreamlight Valley. Alongside this, players can access the new Star Path, offering Winter Disney Princess looks, and enjoy a multiplayer feature supporting up to players to visit each other’s Valleys, all available from December 5.

Exciting developments are on the horizon, with the introduction of Mike and Sulley from Disney and Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. in early 2024, followed by the addition of Tiana from Disney’s The Princess and the Frog in mid-2024. Players can also anticipate surprises in the form of new Villagers, Realms, and Star Path seasons.

Notably, Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition is set to debut on Apple Arcade on December 5, extending the magical experience to a wider audience.
