Synopsis of One Piece Anime

Set in an alternate Earth during the ‘Golden Age of Pirates’, One Piece unfolds in a world where the seas are ruled by cutthroat pirates, and the legendary ‘One Piece‘ treasure left behind by the revered pirate Gol D. Roger can only be claimed by the strongest of them all. Following Gol D. Roger’s demise, Monkey D. Luffy aspires to build his own crew, uncover the One Piece treasure, and assume the title of the Pirate King. Endowed with incredible strength and agility, courtesy of devouring a devil’s fruit that transforms his body into rubber, Luffy sets out from Foosha Village in East Blue on his grand quest to become the next Pirate King.
