In an exciting Twitter reveal, the official Risk of Rain account introduced the Pilot, a new character optimized for crowd-control combat. Equipped with a potent Clusterfire attack and the tactical ability Target Acquired, players can swiftly eliminate adversaries. The Pilot’s agility allows for strategic positioning, while the Rapid Deployment utility ability makes effective use of the Pilot’s parachute for tactical advantages.
Additionally, Risk of Rain Returns features another compelling survivor, The Drifter, portrayed as a formidable melee fighter relying on unconventional weapons such as a sleeping bag and other everyday items to deliver impactful blunt force attacks.
In conjunction with the game’s release, developer Hopoo Games has planned an exclusive event, The Festival of Gup, aimed at honoring the game’s vibrant community.
