In Diablo 4’s Season of Blood, players will face hordes of undead and vampires while gaining access to Vampiric Powers, a new feature that complements their character builds. These powers are exclusive to the season and can be unlocked by completing specific quests or spending Potent Blood earned by defeating monsters in the Blood Harvest area.

Players must first complete or skip the campaign to access seasonal quests. After completing the second quest, “The Hunter’s Chase,” in the Magistrate’s Office, players can equip their first Vampiric Power from the Seasonal tab in their inventory. The Sanguine Circle allows players to slot up to five Vampiric Powers, but the powers require specific Pacts on armor to be active.

Some powers are unlocked by spending Potent Blood, while others are obtained through seasonal quests or by ranking up in the Hunter’s Acclaim Board.

Accursed Touch:
- Ability Description: Lucky Hit: Inflict Vampiric Curse with a 44% chance, and affected enemies can spread it. Vampiric Curse’s stored souls deal 200% increased damage.
- Requirement to Unlock: Hunter’s Acclaim Board Tier 9
Anticipation:
- Ability Description: Ultimate Skills gain 20% Cooldown Reduction and 12% increased damage for each nearby enemy under Damage Over Time effects.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Bathe in Blood:
- Ability Description: While Channeling a Skill, a pool of blood forms beneath you. Skills channeled in the pool deal 40% increased damage, and you gain 30% Damage Reduction.

Blood Boil:
- Ability Description: Overpowering an enemy spawns three Volatile Blood Drops that explode when collected. Skill Overpower is guaranteed every 20 seconds.

Call Familiar:
- Ability Description: Casting specific skill types calls a Bat Familiar to attack nearby enemies, dealing 80% Physical damage with a 30% chance to Stun.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Coven’s Fangs:
- Ability Description: Conjuration, Companion, Minion, and Bat Familiar attacks deal 52% increased damage to Crowd Controlled enemies. Lucky Hit: Up to a 30% chance to inflict Vampiric Curse.

Domination:
- Ability Description: Deal 24% increased damage to Stunned, Immobilized, Frozen, or Feared enemies. If they’re also Injured and not an Elite, they’re instantly killed.

Feed the Coven:
- Ability Description: Lucky Hit: Conjuration, Companion, Minion, and Bat Familiar attacks have up to a 60% chance to restore 10 Primary Resource and increase Damage by 10% for four seconds.

Flowing Veins:
- Ability Description: Deal 60% increased Damage Over Time to moving or Vampiric Cursed enemies.

Hectic:
- Ability Description: Every five Basic Skills cast reduce one active Cooldown by two seconds.
- Requirement to Unlock: Complete Beckoning Thirst quest
Hemomancy:
- Ability Description: Attacks deal 80% of Maximum Life as Physical damage to nearby enemies once every four seconds. Heal 1% Maximum Life for each enemy damaged this way.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Infection:
- Ability Description: Hitting enemies with direct damage infects them with Pox. Inflicting Pox eight times expels the infection, dealing 70% Poison damage.

Jagged Spikes:
- Ability Description: Thorns have a 10% chance to deal 300% increased damage and Chill enemies for 8%.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Metamorphosis:
- Ability Description: Evading turns you into a cloud of bats for four seconds. Inflict Vampiric Curse and deal 160% Physical damage to enemies along the path.
- Requirement to Unlock: Complete A Serpent Cornered quest
Moonrise:
- Ability Description: Hitting an enemy with a Basic Skill grants 4% Attack Speed for 10 seconds, stackable up to five times. Max stacks grant Vampiric Bloodrage with 160% Basic Skill damage and 15% Movement Speed for 10 seconds.
- Requirement to Unlock: Complete Battle of Fear and Faith quest
Prey on the Weak:
- Ability Description: Deal 16% increased damage to Vulnerable enemies. Vulnerable enemies have a Vampiric Curse from other Vampiric Powers.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Rampart:
- Ability Description: After not moving for three seconds, gain a Barrier for 40% Maximum Life for six seconds. Once every 20 seconds.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Ravenous:
- Ability Description: Lucky Hit: Up to a 20% chance to increase Attack Speed by 40% of Total Movement Speed for six seconds.
- Requirement to Unlock: Complete A Witness in the Dust quest
Resilience:
- Ability Description: Gain 1% Damage Reduction for every 2% Life missing.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Sanguine Brace:
- Ability Description: Killing an enemy Fortifies for 6% of Base Life. With more Fortify than half Maximum Life, gain 8% Critical Strike Chance.
- Requirement to Unlock: Hunter’s Acclaim Board Tier 4
Terror:
- Ability Description: When struck, 14% chance to Fear and Slow nearby enemies by 80% for two seconds. Guaranteed Critical Strikes against Feared enemies.
- Requirement to Unlock: Spending Potent Blood
Undying:
- Ability Description: Casting Skills heals for 3% Life. Double bonus below 50% Life.
- Requirement to Unlock: Complete Blood Money quest
