Bungie Introduces Three Dynamic Supers and Aspects, Each Tailored to Destiny 2’s Titan, Hunter, and Warlock Classes

Bungie, the masterminds behind Destiny 2, have unveiled captivating details about the upcoming expansion, Destiny 2: The Final Shape. This expansion promises an array of new Light subclass Supers and Aspects, each meticulously crafted to enhance the gameplay experience for Titans, Hunters, and Warlocks alike.
For Titans, the Twilight Arsenal Super takes the spotlight in the Void subclass, empowering players to hurl three Void axes. These axes pull enemies in before erupting in explosions, weakening any survivors. Notably, these thrown axes can be retrieved and utilized as melee weapons, adding a strategic layer to combat. Titans will also harness the power of Unbreakable, a new Aspect enabling them to craft a shield by consuming a grenade, effectively blocking damage. This shield can be unleashed to unleash devastating area damage.

Hunters are set to wield the Storm’s Edge Super in the Arc subclass, allowing them to throw an electrifying Arc dagger, teleporting them forward. This seamless teleportation enables a whirlwind strike, adding agility and precision to their attacks. The full Super bar grants three uses of Storm’s Edge. Additionally, Hunters gain the Ascension Aspect, permitting them to consume their class ability while airborne, propelling them upwards and damaging nearby enemies. Simultaneously, this aspect buffs their fireteam, creating a synergistic combat experience.
Warlocks will harness the fiery might of the Song of Flame Super in the Solar subclass. This transformation renders Warlocks radiant, supercharging their melee ability and transforming their grenade into a Spirit of Flame. This spirit seeks out nearby enemies, exploding upon impact. Furthermore, allies within range benefit from enhanced ability regeneration, damage resistance, and the scorch effect applied to Solar and Kinetic weapons. Warlocks will also wield the Hellion Aspect, allowing them to summon a Solar Soul that launches mortars at distant foes, adding a strategic, long-range component to their arsenal.

Destiny 2: The Final Shape is set to launch across all platforms on February 27. Bungie has emphasized that this expansion marks a pivotal moment in the game’s overarching narrative, bringing closure to the Light and Darkness saga.
