The largest yearly event of the year is about to begin for Niantic’s augmented reality game, Pokemon Go. Pokemon Go Fest is the occasion at issue, and it will return in 2023. Players will have to work together to complete group challenges, go on new quests, and investigate fresh gameplay possibilities throughout the festival days, along with a few mythological surprises. Between August 26 and 27, Niantic will host the international edition of Pokémon Go Fest 2023, and during those days, gamers will be able to access the eagerly anticipated Raids feature.

For those who are unaware, remote raids were added to Pokémon Go during the pandemic to let players to enjoy the game from the comfort of their own homes. Niantic introduced Remote Raid passes rather than entirely eliminating Remote Raids after the outbreak subsided. The five remote raids per day cap imposed by these passes wasn’t well accepted by players, and Ninatic came under fire for it. The developer has said that this much wanted feature would debut at Pokemon Go Fest in response to player requests.

For players who want to enjoy Pokemon Go Fest with the rest of the world, this is undoubtedly wonderful news. For Pokemon Go Fest, Niantic is also conducting live events; the first one was held in London, England, from August 4 to August 6. The second one took place from August 4 to August 6 in Osaka, Japan. The most recent one took place from August 18 to August 20 in New York City, USA. The worldwide event is now the only one left, and fans are eager to find out what surprises Niantic has in store for them.
