In World of Warcraft’s latest preview, the Trading Post’s October catalog teases a Halloween-themed lineup, unveiling a selection of eerie mounts, pets, and transmogs for players to acquire.
The Trading Post, an introduced feature facilitating the acquisition of cosmetic items via monthly completion of various in-game tasks, aligns its offerings with ongoing patches, events, and seasonal holidays within World of Warcraft.

This October, the Trading Post presents a chilling ensemble. The highlight, Eve’s Ghastly Rider, an exclusive Halloween-themed mount, can be utilized year-round, transforming during the in-game Hallow’s End event. Players can obtain this flying broom as a free bonus upon completing their Traveler’s Log for October.
Upon the catalog’s refresh on October 1, these items, along with unrevealed surprises, will be available for purchase using Trader’s Tender. Notable features include the Coldflame Infernal mount, Granny’s Old Hat transmog, the Corrupted Bladefist weapon, Lil’ K.T. pet, and new class-specific transmogs for Death Knights, Demon Hunters, and Druids.

The specific activities for the October Traveler’s Log are yet to be disclosed, but potential involvement in the Turbulent Timeways Timewalking event and Eastern Kingdoms Cup Dragonriding race is anticipated.
As the ninth month since the Trading Post’s inception, it continues to garner mixed reception, notably facing critique for the sale of Trader’s Tender. However, the feature has largely been well-received, leaving players curious about potential anniversary plans as it approaches its one-year mark.
