NBA 2K24, the newest basketball video game, is not going over well, especially on Steam. People are upset because it doesn’t have many new things and there are more in-game purchases. It’s now the lowest-rated game on Steam, even worse than Overwatch 2. Only about 8% of players say it’s worth recommending. It’s at the very top of Steam’s ‘Hall of Shame’ list.

People are saying the game feels like a repeat of last year’s version, and it doesn’t work well on powerful computers. There’s also no way to play with friends on other platforms. Many players are facing problems like glitches and the game suddenly stopping. Plus, the story mode doesn’t have much of a story. Even on game review site Metacritic, it didn’t get very good scores, especially on consoles.
